Digital Products (Courses, eBooks, Tools)

Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be provided once access has been granted.

Exceptions: In case of duplicate payments or technical failures, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.
Physical Products

Return Window: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery only for damaged or incorrect products.

Condition: Product must be unused and in original packaging.

Refund Mode: Once the return is approved and product is received, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Workshop/Program Cancellation

Customer-Initiated Cancellations: For live programs/workshops, cancellations must be requested at least 3 days prior to the event. A credit voucher may be issued for future use.

Organizer Cancellations: If we cancel an event, 100% refund or reschedule will be offered.
